Beans are an excellent source of fiber. A half-cup serving of typical canned or home made baked beans contains 7 grams of fiber!
Ingredients:
3 cups canned vegetarian beans
1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
In small (1 quart) casserole dish, combine beans, catsup, and brown sugar.

1/2 teaspoon (or 50 drops) red food color
