Layered Mango Dessert

3 cups boiling water
4 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 can (12 oz.) mango nectar
2 ripe mangoes, diced, (about 2 cups), divided
1 cup sour cream
