The diet wars continue.

Low-fat, low-carb, or high protein?

Scientists recently reported  that the type of diet does not matter. Rather, any diet that successfully reduces calorie intake to achieve a meaningful, but not dramatic, weight loss can work.

And of course, we can’t forget activity/exercise.  Getting some form of exercise keeps your metabolism going, burns more calories and helps your overall wellness.

 So a simple formula of less calories, more movement stand victorious in the diet wars.
