Add Vitamin E and Folic Acid in Your Diet – Just add wheat germ to hot and cold cereals, mix it in yogurt, add it to casseroles, substitute it for up to one-half cup of the flour used in baking and swap it for bread crumbs.

Note: Store wheat germ in your freezer to keep it from spoiling.
