Keeping a record of accomplishments can be very motivating, especially at times when weight loss or improvements in fitness happens slowly.  Keep a diary of your running or walking workouts either the old-fashioned way or online.

  2. I just came across this blog while looking for a healthy diet. Thank you so much for this blog.It’s great..I love the link to the fitness tools..am already half through installing some….I belive in balanced diet..have a healthy meal and supplement it with some form of exercise. I do Yoga, I started it for weight loss but now it’s a daily part of my routine, it’s even improved my self esteem. It feels good to see the progress, i had pictures of mine put up at various stages, it’s motivating and uplifting.
