Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup poppy seeds
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt

An obese child has a 37 percent chance of becoming an obese adult if both parents are slim. But if at least one parent is overweight, the child’s chance of becoming an obese adult nearly doubles to 71 percent.
Whether this is the result of inherited genes, an “inherited” fat-promoting lifestyle, or some combination of the two remains to be proven.

Supplements can be a Godsend to your health or a waste of money.
Some, like calcium, saw palmetto, and folic acid, offer real health benefits.
But others, such as ginseng for energy, red clover extract for menopause, and garlic for lowering cholesterol, are unproven, according to some nutrition experts.
And some supplements — like black cohosh, kava, and St. John’s Wort — might even harm you.
Do research and talk with a physician before taking any supplement, especially if you’re trying to use one for a medical condition.
For a safe, tried and true, all natural calcium supplement give Nature’s Sunshine Liquid Calcium a try. You won’t be sorry!
