Ingredients
1 cup hot decaffeinated coffee
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon Bailey’s Original Irish Cream  (or Jack Daniels)
Splenda to taste
Instructions
Mix together in order shown. Soothing and relaxing in the evening!

Low Calorie, Low Salt Bagel Thins

Ingredients
1 Bagel
1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
2 teaspoons Soft margarine, melted
Instructions
Using a very sharp serrated knife, slice bagel into very thin rounds. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet; brush with margarine. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Let cool and store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
