Very interesting - thanks for the tip. I’m a youngster without arthritis, but I’ve been in a few bike accidents, so I’m trying to stay lower impact.
Kayaking is a great upper body workout, but a pain in the legs. And not an every day option… New ideas are always worth looking into.
