Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cups pitted sweet cherries
1-1/2 cups ice
1-1/2 cups plain fat free yogurt
1/4 cup honey
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.  Serve immediately.  Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup). 
Nutritional Analysis:
Calories: 168; Fat: 0.9g (saturated 0.3g); protein: 6.2g; carbohydrates: 36.5g; fiber: 1.7g; cholesterol: 2mg; iron: 0.5mg; sodium: 72mg

Red Yeast Rice Products: Warning

FDA is warning consumers not to buy or eat three red yeast rice products promoted and sold online as dietary supplements for treating high cholesterol. FDA analysis showed the products contained an ingredient found in the prescription cholesterol drug Mevacor.
