Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups pitted sweet cherries
1-1/2 cups ice
1-1/2 cups plain fat free yogurt
1/4 cup honey

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.  Serve immediately.  Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).

Calories: 168; Fat: 0.9g (saturated 0.3g); protein: 6.2g; carbohydrates: 36.5g; fiber: 1.7g; cholesterol: 2mg; iron: 0.5mg; sodium: 72mg
